Box Office Worker

Description: This job requires that you show up an hour before the performance, get access to the box office from one of the directors, open the box office 45 minutes before showtime and handle ticket sales and will call distribution. All necessary materials and instructions will be provided. You can close up the box office five minutes before curtain, find your seats, and enjoy the show.

Usher Supervisor

Description: We will have student ushers for you to oversee. Please arrive 35 minutes before the show starts. Find instructions and materials at the box office. Instruct student volunteers. At the end of the show please oversee the students tidying the auditorium and sign their volunteer forms.

Treat Donations

Description: It is tradition to host a cookie reception following our Great Works Production. Please sign up to bring 1-2 dozen sweet treats, with ingredients listed. It is always nice to have a few "dairy and/or gluten free" options. Treats can be dropped off ahead of time in office 523 or simply dropped off the night of the concert. Thank you!
